Syllabus For Certificate in Yogic Sciences
Below is an overview of the syllabus covered during the six month Certificate course in Yogic Sciences. The yoga subjects taught for the certificate courses generally consist of the following:
- Fundamentals of Yoga
- Principles of Hatha Yoga
- Human Anatomy and Physiology
- Yoga Therapy
Course duration of Certificate in Yogic Sciences
The full duration of the Certificate in Yogic Sciences is a six month course. Information about the start and end date of the course will be shared during the admission form submission.
Course Assessment
The six month term covers theory and practical assessment as per the syllabus provided by Uttarakhand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya. There are a total of four theory and two practical exams at the end of the six month course. Each paper holds 100 marks. Exams are held at Uttarakhand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya campus. Out of each 100 marks, 20 are reserved for student’s attendance, behaviour and sincerity towards the course during the term. This is assessed by the teachers at Jhanvi Yoga.
Logistics

Course Fee for Certificate Course in Yogic Sciences
The six months Certificate in Yogic Sciences course fee is INR 40,000. The course is run for a full six month except for public holidays as well as holidays stipulated by Uttarakhand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalaya. At the time of admission, full fee is payable to secure the seat.
